Each year we welcome a small number of visiting scholars and PhD students from around the world. These academics make valuable contributions to our research community.
Visits range from one month up to one year. We give priority to outstanding scholars with established research links to the Department.

Visiting ScholarsVisiting scholars conduct their own research, while benefitting from the unique intellectual support and resources of our world-leading Department. They are given access to University of Cambridge network and libraries, as well as a temporary University of Cambridge email address. |
Visiting PhD StudentsVisiting students can complete specific research at Cambridge to support their PhD at their home university. |
