Professor of Sociology
The Board of Electors to the Professorship of Sociology (1985) invite applications for this Professorship.
Candidates will have an outstanding research record of international stature in Sociology and the vision, leadership experience and enthusiasm to build on current strengths in maintaining and developing a leading research presence. We are recruiting an Assistant or Associate Professor in Sociology to join us in September 2025.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sociology and demonstrable breadth and depth of experience, as well as an established or developing international reputation. They will be excited to join our internationally recognized research-led Department.
