Rabindranath Prasad Srivigneshwar


Vignesh is a Software Developer/User Experience researcher working on an EU funded project 'ChainReact. ChainReact is an integrated data network supported by three platforms, ‘The Whistle’, ‘WikiRate’ and ‘OpenCorporates’. He's been involved in the development of WikiRate project since early 2014 at the Psychometrics Centre and The Whistle project since late 2016 at the Department of Sociology. 

Vignesh obtained a Master's degree specialising in User Experience Engineering from the University of Dundee in 2012, prior to which he obtained a BSc in Information Technology at Pondicherry University, India. Between 2009 and 2011 he worked as a Software test automation engineer for UBS AG’s core application at Wipro Technologies, India and before moving to Cambridge he worked for as a UX Designer and developer in New Delhi (India) and Singapore.



- User experience research & development of crowd-research and micro-tasking platforms

- Developing tools for data collection, analysis and visualisations.


Research Interests:

- Understanding community interactions, behaviour and gamification aspects of Wiki platforms

- User interface pattern standards and guidelines of reporting applications for NGOs and individuals.
